Bread from Sami's Bakery

Sami’s Bakery is a family-run wholesale bakery based in Northfleet, Kent. We pride ourselves on supplying high-quality, traditional English artisan bread, rolls and cakes to businesses and institutions across the UK. We cater for all, from large commercial clients to smaller independent businesses. Sami’s Bakery uses traditional baking methods, using quality ingredients. We bake our bread using stone ground flour, which means that our dough uses less yeast and is more digestible than mass-produced bread. The process of stone-grinding means that the wheat is milled slowly, retaining more of its inherent nutrients than traditional milling methods.
