Spitfire Wholegrain Mustard from The Wooden Spoon Preserving Co. in Wye, because every great sausage deserves a great condiment. Sieglinde potatoes from Morghew Park Estate near Tenterden - a heritage "German butter" variety with a richness and waxiness that makes the best potato salad you've ever had. Slaw ingredients from Kent Veg Box growers - cabbage, carrots and onions - dressed with A Little Bit Mixed Herb Vegan Mayo from Bridge.
And the star of the September show: two ciders from Kentish Pip at Woolton Farm in Bekesbourne. The Grafter is golden, crisp and effervescent - a proper session cider with fresh apple, floral blossom and a light, balanced sweetness. Roselle is brand new, Provençale rosé in colour, bursting with raspberry, hibiscus and pomegranate, and light enough to make you open a second one before you've noticed.
