Lamb Barnsley Chops 500g

To cook Barnsley lamb chops, sear the seasoned chops in a hot pan for 3–5 minutes per side to develop a crust, rendering the fat edge first. Finish in a preheated oven at 180°C for 6–10 minutes for pink, medium-rare lamb. Always rest for at least 5–10 minutes before serving.
