Sister Sarah is a semi-soft goats’ milk cheese that is matured for up to 12 weeks. The cheese has a smooth, semi-soft texture and offers a light caramel flavour that builds on the palette and finishes with gentle goat cheese notes.
Sister Sarah has a white paste as goats’ digest all the carotene in the grass and we paint the rind of the cheese with an attractive red coloured made from annatto.

Sister Sarah is a curd washed cheese made by removing all the whey within the cheese making process and replacing it with fresh water.
