Red mullet fillets sourced from the Sussex Coast, delivering delicate, slightly sweet flesh perfect for quick weeknight dinners. Each pack contains 4 fillets, approximately 260g total, frozen at peak freshness to lock in flavour and nutrients.
Cooking tips: Pan-fry skin-side down in a hot skillet with a touch of olive oil for 3–4 minutes until the skin crisps, then flip gently and finish for another minute. The delicate flesh cooks fast — avoid overcooking. Alternatively, bake wrapped in foil with lemon and herbs at 200°C for 8–10 minutes. Perfect served simply with seasonal vegetables or a light sauce. Thaw in the fridge before cooking for best results.
