Sussex Marble is a delicious cheese made from our Saint Giles cheese, with the addition of garlic and parsley.
It has very buttery texture and melts extremely well, making it a great cheese to cook with.
CHEESE FACT
Our two ‘Marble’ cheeses were introduced after having too many offcuts spare when cutting wheels of St Giles. Now it is so popular, we dice up whole wheels of Saint Giles!
